3. Manager of Tire Sales

At Firestone Complete Auto Care, tires are a big part of who we are — which is what makes the Manager of Tire Sales such a pivotal position! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service both in-person and on the phone to help people find the right tires for their vehicle. You’ll be the expert on all things tires, including current promotions, tire types, a time frame for service completion, and checkout procedures.

Preferred Qualifications: A 2-year degree or equivalent, aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and ongoing merchandising displays. Experience working in the automotive industry, specifically with tires.

You’ll learn to serve the BOSS— what we call our customers — in a variety of ways, gain an understanding of all our store operations aspects, and have potential opportunities to assist the manager or even act as the manager-on-duty if necessary.

Sign-on bonus: Up to $2,000*

With your automotive expertise, you’ll be the liaison between the BOSS and our technicians. You'll also help the BOSS understand all of the industry repair and maintenance jargon and help give them peace of mind when they leave their vehicle with us.

Additionally, you’ll oversee the service staff at various automotive technician skill levels, assign and schedule work duties, help hire and train an auto service team, and ensure service is up to quality standards. You'll also help create a great workplace environment that FCAC employees love to show up to.

Preferred qualifications: A 2-year degree or equivalent, auto service technical experience, and the ability to lead and coach others.
